Peer advocate: Provide supportive services to clients in Addiction Recovery Services Outpatient Clinics
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop Recovery Plans
Raise awareness of existing social supports
Model healthy coping skills
Accompany clients to court appearances and resources in the community
Link clients to formal recovery supports
Coordinate services with the clinical team members
Participate in regulatory and agency trainings
Complete timely documentation in EHR
Maintain 42CFR and HIPPA rules on confidentiality
Represent Well Life Network at meetings and conferences
