Job Description Summary
The Peer Support Specialist provides peer support, information, and advocacy to individuals at risk for or diagnosed with Hepatitis C or individuals at risk for acquiring HIV. Candidate will possess a strong understanding of Hepatitis C and substance use disorder or HIV prevention. Must be a current or past consumer of mental health, substance use, co-occurring behavioral health services, HIV, or HCV treatment program or PrEP treatment program. Hiring Requirements Job Details-
