ECHO: Blending Peer Values with Practice

In this session we’ll focus on translating peer values such as self-determination, multiple pathways, and de-centering ourselves, into action when providing peer support. This will include concrete examples of how to provide peer support while honoring our movement’s values.

About ECHO: The purpose of this ECHO series is to create the opportunity for people providing peer support to learn with and from each other in a structured environment. True to the ECHO format’s motto of, “all teach, all learn,” this is a learning space for members to share their expertise, build skills, and learn from others providing peer support.
