You will learn about the history of peers and recovery, the current climate and landscape and how it can impact your efforts, proper governance, transformational leadership and other leadership styles, and sustainability with an eye for the future.

Trainer: Javier Alegre

The purpose of this training series is to offer an opportunity to members to learn alternative practices, approaches, and ideas, that are rooted in the refreshed mission and vision of the National Association of Peer Supporters. This will be a chance for members to learn more about the direction in which N.A.P.S. is moving, build skills and knowledge, and earn continuing education credits. Each training will last 90 minutes and will incorporate knowledge sharing, participant engagement, and more.
