November 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM EST
Professional development is vital to any successful career. As the peer profession continues to grow, the workforce exhibits a need for leadership development amongst these peers.
This 1-hour webinar will explore skills necessary to provide supportive, empathetic, and psychologically safe leadership within the peer profession.
All participants should come prepared to explore the many skills already in your professional skill set, necessary and waiting to be developed and honed for success as a proven leader.
This webinar requires each participant’s active involvement in small groups, and discussions, meaning all should be prepared to be on camera and each device should have a working microphone/speaker for full engagement with colleagues.
